Alongside a committed and values-driven team, they deliver transformative programmes such as LEAP and BOUNCE — initiatives designed to build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of identity. These programmes don’t just focus on skills or outcomes; they are about helping young people discover who they are, what they carry and where they are heading.

The brothers’ work is deeply intergenerational. Building on this momentum, Tyson and Davis are laying the foundations for a first-of-its-kind Rangatahi Hub — a purpose-built space designed to meet the evolving needs of future leaders. The Hub will bring together physical wellbeing, creativity, technology, mentorship and community connection under one roof, creating a place where rangatahi can connect, grow and thrive with purpose.
